At Lake Tahoe Master Framing we have an amazing guarantee that you probably won't get at any other picture framer, anywhere. We simply guarantee everything we do in every way.

Who decides what, exactly, that means? You do!

Our goal is to make you happy. If you want us to change something - anything - we'll do it. If you take your picture home and decide you want it different, no problem. We'll change it however you want. We'll even pick up your frame and deliver the new model. Want your money back? We'll write you a check.

Our guarantee is totally, unconditionally complete. After all, you are the judge.

How, you're wondering, can we afford to do that? There must be a catch, right?

The answer, of course, is that we'd lose money if every other minute we had to re-do a frame at no charge. But the reality is that we rarely ever get a request for a change, and only once or twice in all the year we've been here has anyone wanted a refund (which we gladly produced). So we must be doing something right when our customers are so regularly satisfied. Even still, it's nice to know the guarantee is there, isn't it?

Are We Perfect?

No. Our most common problem is occasional delays. We hope to have a job done in a certain period of time, from 1 hour to 14 days, depending on the order. Then we get shipped flawed moulding or we miss-cut our only piece of Bar Harbor matboard (we're human, too).

But when we do have delays, we try to accommodate your needs. Perhaps you can wait, or perhaps you would prefer that we substitute another, close, color. Or maybe we can frame your piece up now in a different moulding and then build a new frame when the correct moulding comes in. In every case, we promise to do our best. And, always, we'll do what you want.

One More Thing... The Person Out Front Has The Authority To Solve Your Problem

You know the feeling. You're in a store and the person behind the counter doesn't have the authority to do whatever it is you need done, whether it is a rush order, a pickup and delivery, a custom job... Next thing you know, they're calling the manager and you have to wait. You're thinking that if only you were dealing with the owner you could get what you want. In our frame shop, everyone has the authority to do whatever they deem necessary for you. Period. It doesn't matter if it's a price quote or an unusual job.

It all gets back to that guarantee thing...
